How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Discover.

Will my credit card information be safe?

Danyl Marr is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping and billing information are confidential and safe.

Track my Order

When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted. Your order status may take up to one hour to update after your order has been placed. We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped.

Please note: we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.

I live outside of the U.S. Will you ship to me?

Yes! We’ve partnered with Amazon to provide International shopping for our customers in over 200 countries. Amazon picks, packs, and ships your orders.

How do I track my international order?

Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with the international tracking number. Track your order by clicking on the tracking number link in the email. 

How can I pay for my international order?

International Checkout accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Apple Pay. 

How are international orders shipped?

They may be shipped via DHL, UPS or FedEx. Note that all delivery times are listed in business days (Monday through Friday). Most shipping carriers do not ship on major holidays.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love our accessories as much as we do. All returns must be authorized by email first by emailing the customer service address info@danylmarr.com. You have 14 days to return an item for a refund. The shipping charge is not refunded. For international shipments, please ensure that you clearly state in all customs forms that the item is being returned for a refund. Failure to do so will result in the item beings returned back to you. 

  • Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country with the original Returns Form.
  • Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Danyl Marr item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
  • Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Danyl Marr reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. Where an item is supplied with a hygiene strip, the item can only be returned if the hygiene strip has not been removed and remains intact.
  • Optical frames cannot be returned after they have been fitted with prescription or replacement lenses

How do I return something?

When will my account be refunded?

Once your package arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within five to ten business days. We’ll send you an email when this transaction is complete. Note that your bank may require additional days to process and post the money to your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

I changed my mind and want to swap out my order for a different style. How do I do that?
