What is your return policy?
We want you to love our accessories as much as we do. All returns must be authorized by email first by emailing the customer service address firstname.lastname@example.org. You have 14 days to return an item for a refund. The shipping charge is not refunded. For international shipments, please ensure that you clearly state in all customs forms that the item is being returned for a refund. Failure to do so will result in the item beings returned back to you.
Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country with the original Returns Form.
Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Danyl Marr item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Danyl Marr reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

When will my account be refunded?
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within five to ten business days. We’ll send you an email when this transaction is complete. Note that your bank may require additional days to process and post the money to your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
I changed my mind and want to swap out my order for a different style. How do I do that?
Contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will walk you through the exchange.
